Following on from investment within MH liaison services at Stepping Hill as part of the Greater Manchester roll out of Core 24 there is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our friendly and supportive team as a Liaison Team Administrator
The role is pivotal within the team providing general administrative support to a team of clinicians, managing referrals and responding to queries from members of the public and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities of the Post:
The post holder will provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support to the Mental Health Liaison Team at Stepping Hill Hospital in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
The post holder will work as a member of the MH Liaison Administration Support Team, providing cover and assistance as necessary. The post holder will relate and interact effectively with team members.
Key Requirements of the Person Specification:
This is a rewarding and yet challenging post that requires a high level of organisational skill, excellent communication and IT skills, flexibility and a positive supportive approach If you feel you have the skills and qualities required to successfully juggle the demands of this job, making sure the team is well supported and organised whilst maintaining good relationships with colleagues and partner agencies then we would like to hear from you.
The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
